We built a platform that connects companies to over 6,000 mentors and coaches, allowing managers to pair their employees with targeted learning and development resources. Our product helps employers track employee growth and scale personalized coaching across all levels of their organization.

Where do you live now, and where would the company be based after YC?

We live and work in San Francisco, CA and plan to keep the company based here after YC.
