For companies, we provide data and insights to identify systemic issues, track behavioral trends, and develop actionable recommendations. tEQuitable is using technology to make workplaces more equitable.

What is your company going to make? Please describe your product and what it does or will do.

We built a confidential platform where employees can raise issues about bias, discrimination, or harassment without fear. It acts as a sounding board for subtle slights and explicit harassment alike, while providing employers with anonymized data to spot systemic problems and behavioral trends. Our product helps companies prevent harassment before it escalates by enabling early intervention and actionable insights.

Where do you live now, and where would the company be based after YC?

We live in Oakland, CA and will keep the company based here after YC.

Explain your decision regarding location.

Oakland is where we built the early product and assembled our core team. It gives us proximity to a tech-savvy, socially conscious workforce and allows us to remain deeply connected with the communities affected by workplace equity issues.
