Our technology is based on localizing a click chemistry reagent in the tumor area, which then activates a second agent, a systemically infused protodrug. When the two 'click', a powerful localized therapy is activated at the tumor, while keeping its systemic exposure levels below toxic thresholds.

Targeting Cancer with Click Chemistry

What is your company going to make? Please describe your product and what it does or will do.

We are building cancer treatments using our proprietary CAPAC™ platform. It localizes a reagent in the tumor that reacts with a systemically infused protodrug. When they 'click' at the tumor site, the drug activates locally, hitting tumors hard while keeping systemic toxicity low.

Where do you live now, and where would the company be based after YC?

We are based in San Francisco, CA, with some team members working remotely. After YC, we plan to continue in San Francisco.

Explain your decision regarding location.

San Francisco has excellent access to biotech talent, research institutions, and clinical partners. It's where our team is located and where we can best advance our platform.
