What is your company going to make? Please describe your product and what it does or will do.

We built Rippling to unify all workforce systems into one platform. It automates payroll, benefits, expenses, IT device management, and app provisioning in a single system. For example, onboarding a new employee, anywhere in the world, takes 90 seconds including payroll setup, computer assignment, and access to apps like Slack or Microsoft 365.

Where do you live now, and where would the company be based after YC?

We live in San Francisco, CA, and plan to base the company here after YC.

Explain your decision regarding location.

San Francisco is where we built our network and product. It's the center for HR tech talent and enterprise customers, so this location best supports scaling the business.
