Clipboard is an app-based marketplace that connects workplaces needing shift workers with professionals who fill those shifts. We focus on long-term care staffing and are expanding into home health and hospitals, matching workers to jobs in real time.

Where do you live now, and where would the company be based after YC?

We live and operate remotely across the U.S., but our headquarters is based in San Francisco, CA, and the company would remain there after YC.

Explain your decision regarding location.

Being remote-first lets us reach workers and facilities nationwide. San Francisco provides access to tech talent and investors while supporting our operations.
