What is your company going to make? Please describe your product and what it does or will do.

We built a virtual clinic that helps people manage substance use through cognitive behavioral therapy and medication-assisted treatment programs. Our platform supports users struggling with tobacco, alcohol, and opioid use by delivering personalized education, tools, and treatment in one accessible app, integrated into health plans and wellness platforms.

Where do you live now, and where would the company be based after YC?

We all live in New York City, and Pelago is based here. After YC, the company will remain in New York.

Explain your decision regarding location.

New York is home to our team and main user base. The region's healthcare networks and employers provide critical partnerships for our substance use management products, so we want to stay close to those relationships while scaling.
