We built CareTours™, a system that sends patients automated, timely text and email messages guiding them through medical procedures. Our platform integrates into hospital workflows without disruption, helping patients complete their prep, improve referral conversion, reduce staff workload, and avoid revenue loss from missed procedures.

We live and are based in Boston, MA. The company would remain here after YC.
