We are building an online platform that helps college students find and lease off-campus housing directly from property managers. It streamlines searching, applying, and signing leases to reduce headaches on both sides.
We live in Ann Arbor, MI, and would base the company here after YC.
We are based in Ann Arbor because it's a college town with a clear market need, and that proximity helps us understand the challenges students and property managers face.
