What is your company going to make? Please describe your product and what it does or will do.

We are building Crew, an ATS/CRM designed specifically for recruiting agencies and independent recruiters. It focuses on modern sourcing with built-in automation and AI features. We integrate deeply with LinkedIn to cut down the tedious copying, pasting, and tab-switching recruiters do every day.

Where do you live now, and where would the company be based after YC?

We live in Paris, France, and the company is remote but based here. After YC, we'll stay remote but keep Paris as our operational base.

Explain your decision regarding location.

We are based in Paris where both founders live. The team is remote which lets us tap into talent broadly. Staying remote aligns with how modern recruiting agencies work, so it fits our customers too.
