We are building Syncro, a tool that analyzes and augments internal communications to help companies improve their culture and streamline recruiting workflows. It surfaces insights from day-to-day messages and automates routine recruiting and talent tasks.

We live in San Francisco and operate remotely. After YC, the company will remain based in San Francisco but with a remote-friendly approach.
