We build an AI Support Agent tailored for enterprises. Our product autonomously understands complex technical issues faced by engineering, product, and design teams and provides accurate, actionable responses. It eases support burdens and helps internal teams resolve tickets faster by using AI trained specifically on enterprise workflows and data.

We live in San Francisco, CA, and Giga is based here.

San Francisco is where our team and our early users are. Being in the city puts us close to enterprise tech hubs, which helps customer conversations and product development.
