It takes over customer service tasks like scheduling, dispatch, and client communication without human intervention, cutting down operational overhead and delays for companies in plumbing, electrical, and other field services.

We are based in London, England, United Kingdom, and plan to keep the company headquartered here after YC.

Explain your decision regarding location.

London is where our founders live and where we've built our network and initial users in trades and field services. Staying here gives us proximity to a dense market of field services companies and the talent we need.
