We built Perfectly to automate recruiting end-to-end: sourcing, outreach, screening, and qualification. Candidates who are interview-ready appear directly in Slack. Our AI recruiting agent Paul nurtures candidates so they're often closed before the offer call. This reduces hiring time, boosts candidate volume, and improves interview pass rates.

We currently live in San Francisco, CA, and the company will remain based here after YC.

We live in San Francisco because it places us close to many startups that rely on our product. Being here lets us respond quickly to top startups using Perfectly and stay connected to the recruiting community we're serving.
