What is your company going to make? Please describe your product and what it does or will do.

We built a platform for renting rooms and apartments in Latin American city centers on mobile devices. Our product offers tenants easy access to leasing combined with on-demand services like cleaning, maintenance, and laundry, all integrated to simplify managing urban rentals for tenants and property owners.

Where do you live now, and where would the company be based after YC?

We live and operate in Monterrey, N.L., Mexico, and plan to base the company here after YC as well.

Explain your decision regarding location.

We chose Monterrey because it's a large Latin American city with a significant rental market that suffers from inefficiencies and high costs. Being local helps us understand the market nuances and build close relationships with landlords and tenants.
