What Verdict Machine does

Verdict Machine uses AI to understand each financial institution's complete on-chain environment, assess its cyber risk and generate tailored controls. The same live model powers transaction prevention, continuous cyber diligence, security posture and cost-efficient wallet screening. Before execution, Verdict Machine evaluates proposed transactions against the institution's active policies. In our first weeks, we started POCs with asset managers and digital-asset infrastructure providers whose systems move billions of dollars every week for financial institutions. We're now in active evaluations with digital-asset teams at some of the world's largest banks. The founding team launched and led blockchain security at Check Point (NASDAQ: CHKP).

Verdict Machine is an AI-powered platform that monitors, assesses, and controls the on-chain risk exposure of financial institutions. Our system builds a real model for each institution's digital asset environment, scanning for risks, generating policy recommendations, and screening live transactions before they execute. The platform is already being used by digital asset teams at banks, asset managers, and infrastructure providers to protect billions in flow. We give them the only AI system that can do diligence, block risky transfers, and maintain a strong, up-to-date security posture as the environment changes.

Where do you live now, and where would the company be based after YC?

We live in Tel Aviv-Yafo, Tel Aviv District, Israel. The company would stay based in Israel after YC.

Explain your decision regarding location.

We're in Tel Aviv because this is the world's hotspot for both cybersecurity and crypto technology. Our customers are global, but Israel is where our network and deep experience are.
