What is your company going to make? Please describe your product and what it does or will do.

We built a full-service residential brokerage that uses an AI agent to screen tenants and schedule showings. Our product lists and markets properties on the sell side and reduces commissions to a third of the normal rate in NYC by automating key parts of the rental process.

Where do you live now, and where would the company be based after YC?

We live in San Francisco, CA, and plan to keep the company based here after YC.

Explain your decision regarding location.

San Francisco is where we all currently live and build the product. It's a tech hub with access to AI talent, which is crucial for our AI agent and future development.
