We built Spott as an AI-native ATS and CRM combined into one platform tailored for recruiting and staffing firms. It replaces fragmented tools and manual work with AI agents that assist recruiters across the entire workflow, so they can focus on closing more placements instead of admin.

Where do you live now, and where would the company be based after YC?

We don't have a fixed location listed publicly, but our team is distributed. Post-YC, we plan to remain remote to stay flexible and reach customers worldwide.

Explain your decision regarding location.

Recruiting firms operate globally and the tools must be accessible anywhere. Staying remote lets us serve clients without geographic limits and lets our small team work from wherever they're most effective.
