We are building an AI-driven work messaging and collaboration platform where teams and AI agents interact fluidly to get work done faster and with less friction. It integrates messaging, task management, and AI assistance into one unified tool. Our product helps teams reduce context switching and micromanagement by letting AI agents take on routine tasks and contextualize conversations.

We live in New York City, and Sila would remain based here after YC.

We chose to stay in New York because our early user base is here and the tech talent local to NYC fits our hiring plans. Being close to our customers helps us iterate on real feedback quickly.
