What Salesgraph does

Salesgraph equips reps with the most relevant context throughout the deal stage, providing proactive pre-call notes and post-call next steps. Sellers are CEOs of their deals; they need to know who the buyer is, what triggered them to take the first call, what their pain points are, how much value this new tool is bringing, are there any technical blockers, etc. A sale is only good when it doesn't feel like a sale to your customer, but rather the sales rep solved a problem for the customer. This was the problem Ricardo and I solved at Mintlify. We created a business case generator that took in call recordings, background news triggers and job updates, Mintlify's ROI and Pricing calculator, past deals won, and customer case studies --> produced a 3 page document expressing the value Mintlify provided + why the quote presented is justifiable. In doing so we closed more enterprise deals at a higher ACV as our champion was able to build a better purchasing case internally. Our goal is to empower every sales team to close deals at a higher ACV, while making sure reps learn from their mistakes and create a smooth sales experience for their end customer.
