What Armature does
Armature helps companies monitor, analyze, and optimize how AI agents experience their products. What we do today: - Automated testing: We run complex sessions against your MCPs/CLIs across all major harnesses and models to catch broken workflows before your users do. - AX analytics & benchmarking: No more black boxes. We trace agent sessions to show you exactly what the model "thought", what context it missed, and why it failed. We measure your AX against competitors to ensure you remain the preferred platform for agents to use. - Auto-remediation: Our MCP lets your internal coding agents plug into Armature to autonomously fix your product's AX based on our run data. Our vision for tomorrow: Reaching full understanding of how agents use your product and how you can improve it is only step one. The next step is to provide the foundational infrastructure for the Agent Experience, powering agent-native revenue, lifecycle marketing, and customer support for the next generation of software.

Company
Armature
Armature helps companies monitor and optimize the agent experience.
We built a platform that tests and analyzes AI agent experiences with products. Our system runs automated workflows across major models and platforms to catch broken agent workflows before they reach users. We provide detailed analytics that trace agent sessions to reveal what the AI missed or misunderstood and benchmark agent experience against competitors. On top of that, our internal coding agents can use our platform's data to autonomously fix issues with the agent experience production system.
We currently live in San Francisco and will keep the company based here after YC.
We live in San Francisco because it's where we built our initial product, have access to early users, and can interact with other AI and product teams working on agent experiences.
