Automated HR management for small businesses

What is your company going to make? Please describe your product and what it does or will do.

We are building a product that automates routine HR tasks like payroll, benefits administration, and compliance for small companies. It connects data and processes that are usually manual or scattered across services into one automated system.

Where do you live now, and where would the company be based after YC?

We currently live in San Francisco, and after YC, the company would remain based here.

Explain your decision regarding location.

San Francisco is where we live, and it's a hub for startups and early users who need simple HR tools. Staying here lets us stay close to potential customers and YC resources.
