We built Risotto to automate IT support requests around software access. It lets IT teams grant, limit, or revoke software permissions by time, serve knowledge base answers, and get approval from managers - all through chat with natural language commands. The goal is to cut down on repeated manual work, speed up resolution, and reduce unnecessary SaaS spend while improving security.

We live in San Francisco and remote locations; the company will remain based in SF after YC.
