What is your company going to make? Please describe your product and what it does or will do.

We built Rentobo to help landlords, property managers, and agents manage listings and tenant applications in one place. Users enter a listing once and we push it to all the major rental search sites. We also organize applications, credit data, social profiles, and let tenants sign leases and send deposits online, so landlords don't have to handle paper or juggle multiple sites.

Where do you live now, and where would the company be based after YC?

We live in San Francisco, CA, and plan to base the company here after YC.

Explain your decision regarding location.

San Francisco has a dense market of landlords and property managers, which makes it easier to engage early users and iterate quickly. It's also where we live and work already.
