What is your company going to make? Please describe your product and what it does or will do.

We built a platform that helps large property owners handle HVAC maintenance, emergent repairs, scheduled work, capital replacement, and procurement. Our software tracks all HVAC assets, automates bidding and procurement, manages warranties, and improves capital expenditure accuracy. It reduces the hassle and overhead of managing HVAC projects that commercial real estate owners face every day.

Where do you live now, and where would the company be based after YC?

We live and are based in New York, NY, and will continue to operate there after YC.

Explain your decision regarding location.

New York is where our team lives and where many of our customers are located, so it keeps us close to the market we're serving and allows us to build relationships directly with property owners and vendors.
