We built Promptless to automatically update customer-facing documentation whenever product features change or new issues arise. Our product pulls context from feature releases, support tickets, Slack conversations, and internal knowledge bases to keep docs accurate without manual effort. It integrates with any doc platform and triggers updates automatically from existing workflows. The goal is to make documentation a growth asset rather than a bottleneck.

We live and work in San Francisco, CA. After YC, the company would continue to be based here.

Explain your decision regarding location.

San Francisco has the engineering and product talent we need and is where we and our small team already live and operate. Staying here allows us to recruit and move quickly without relocation hurdles.
