We built Planbase to manage health clinics' teams in one platform. It handles capacity planning, employee scheduling, provider credentialing, and payroll, all tailored for healthcare providers. The goal is to simplify the complex, compliance-heavy staff management that clinics face daily.

Where do you live now, and where would the company be based after YC?

We live and work in San Francisco, CA, and Planbase will remain based here after YC.

Explain your decision regarding location.

San Francisco is where we both live and where we find healthcare IT talent. It also gives us proximity to many early healthcare customers and healthcare tech investors.
