We are building an AI-powered workspace that automates recurring tasks for People and Finance teams. Our platform combines compensation, headcount, and budgeting management into one place with fully auditable workflows across companies' existing systems. The goal is to reduce manual work and errors while keeping compliance tight.

Where do you live now, and where would the company be based after YC?

We currently live in Stockholm, Sweden, and after YC we plan to base the company here as well.

Explain your decision regarding location.

Stockholm is where we live and have built the product so far. It's our network and base of operations. YC's remote support and network will help us scale globally while we stay rooted here.
