We built software that listens to call center conversations in real-time and flags any compliance issues that arise during the call. It alerts agents and managers immediately so they can address problems on the spot instead of reviewing recordings later.

We live in Oakland, CA and the company will be based here and also operate remotely after YC.

We're based in Oakland because it's where we live and work. Our team is partly remote, which helps us cover different time zones and stay flexible.
