We built Maroo to help creative freelancers and small agencies manage their client relationships and financial workflows in one place. It's a CRM tailored to creatives who struggle with typical sales tools designed for traditional businesses. Our product handles project tracking, invoicing, and payment follow-ups integrated with the creative workflow.
We split time between New York, NY, and remote locations. After YC, we'd keep the company based in New York with remote flexibility.
New York is where most of our team is based and where we have access to our early users. The city's creative community is also critical to understanding our customers. Remote work allows flexibility but NY remains our base.
