First orders shipped October 11, 2025. Pippa inventor, Carly Price, reimagined the humble pillow for Casper and has 41 patents to her name. Company CEO, Melody Roberts, incubated digital service experiences now scaling globally at McDonald's and Panera. Pippa development has been substantially funded by non-dilutive SBIR grants from NIH, NSF, and State of Illinois, based on stellar product effectiveness data and user feedback like, "With this, surgery is off the table."

What is your company going to make? Please describe your product and what it does or will do.

We make Pippa, a pelvic floor fitness device with a patented resistance spring that women use during exercise to strengthen their pelvic muscles. Alongside this, we offer semi-automated coaching to guide users through self-care routines and track progress, helping women avoid surgery and maintain strength lifelong.

Where do you live now, and where would the company be based after YC?

We are based in Chicago, IL, with a remote team setup. After YC, we will continue to be based in Chicago while operating remotely as needed.

Explain your decision regarding location.

Chicago provides access to healthcare networks and resources relevant to women's health, and both founders are located here or can work remotely. This base balances proximity to users and flexibility for our small team.
