We built a remote symptom management platform that uses AI to automate oncology nurse triage pathways and detect high-risk patients earlier. Our product helps oncology clinics standardize their procedures and clinical protocols to reduce unnecessary ER visits and hospitalizations.

We live between New York, NY, and New Haven, CT, and the company will be based in New York after YC.

Explain your decision regarding location.

We chose New York because it's a hub for healthcare innovation and close to our early users. The founders live in both New York and New Haven, and we operate remotely as well.
