What is your company going to make? Please describe your product and what it does or will do.

We provide insurance-covered virtual care that helps patients with Type 2 Diabetes reverse their condition. Our platform connects patients with doctors who guide them through sustainable lifestyle changes, addressing the root cause of their diabetes rather than just managing symptoms.

Where do you live now, and where would the company be based after YC?

We live and operate across White Rock, BC, St. Thomas, ON, and remotely. After YC, we plan to remain distributed but remain flexible to be near YC in Silicon Valley if needed.

Explain your decision regarding location.

Our team is distributed by design to access both Canadian healthcare providers and a wider talent pool. This also allows us to operate under Canadian insurance coverage for our patients.
