What is your company going to make? Please describe your product and what it does or will do.

We are building a platform that automates and simplifies the process of developing residential real estate. Our product helps small developers and contractors manage projects from acquisition through construction with more visibility and control, reducing delays and uncertainty.

Where do you live now, and where would the company be based after YC?

We currently split time between New York City and San Francisco. After YC, we plan to base the company in either city, depending on team and investor needs.

Explain your decision regarding location.

NYC gives us proximity to the dense real estate market where our product fits best. SF connects us to startup funding and tech resources. We balance both to stay close to our users while leveraging YC's network.
