We built a platform that automates initial conversations with job candidates to fix inefficient and biased high-volume hiring. Our product enables hiring teams to start every candidate's journey with a real conversation instead of resumes or cover letters, focusing on quality human interaction scaled through technology.

Where do you live now, and where would the company be based after YC?

We live in Bellevue, WA, and plan to keep the company based there after YC.

Explain your decision regarding location.

We are based in Bellevue because it's where we started and where our team lives. Staying here helps us move fast without disruption and keeps us close to the talent we are attracting locally.
