What is your company going to make? Please describe your product and what it does or will do.

We built software that lets rental property owners turn their buildings into Virtual Power Plants. Our platform coordinates energy assets across their properties to provide sustainability benefits and cost savings for tenants and owners, while connecting clean energy developers to distributed resources.

Where do you live now, and where would the company be based after YC?

We live in Los Angeles and have remote team members. After YC, we plan to continue operating out of LA with a distributed team approach.

Explain your decision regarding location.

LA is where we all live and know the market well. It's a key region for energy and real estate, so we want to stay close to customers and partners there.
