What Delineate does

Delineate is building AI agents to design better clinical trials faster. This is a $10B dollar market, where saving even 1 day along the process is equal to $1-5M in revenue potential. What is your company going to make? Please describe your product and what it does or will do.

We build AI agents that analyze existing clinical trial research and generate specialized datasets to speed up trial design. Our product helps pharmaceutical scientists reduce months of manual data curation by automating dataset creation, enabling them to start subsequent trial phases faster.

Where do you live now, and where would the company be based after YC?

We're based in Boston, MA, with a distributed remote team. Post-YC, we plan to maintain our Boston HQ while continuing remote work to access biotech talent and stay close to industry partners.

Explain your decision regarding location.

Boston is the hub for biotech and clinical research, with access to potential clients and collaborators. Remote work lets us attract strong engineers without being limited geographically.
