What is your company going to make? Please describe your product and what it does or will do.

DailyDoctor is a telehealth clinic platform that remotely monitors patients with COPD, CHF, hypertension, and other chronic conditions to prevent hospitalizations. Our product collects daily health data, flags worsening symptoms, and coordinates care proactively.

Where do you live now, and where would the company be based after YC?

I live in San Jose, CA, and the company is based there with the option for remote work.

Explain your decision regarding location.

San Jose is where we are located and where healthcare tech companies thrive, so it gives us access to talent and medical partners. Remote work lets us remain flexible.
