What Cherry does
Cherry lets employees choose their own workplace perks. With Cherry, employers cover their employees' favorite consumer services (ex: Netflix, Spotify, ClassPass, Lyft), instead of wasting money on perks that no one uses like in-office yoga and ping pong tables.

Employees choose their own workplace perks
We built Cherry to let employers offer workplace perks that employees actually want. Instead of traditional perks like ping pong tables and in-office yoga, our product lets employees pick consumer services they use and enjoy - like Netflix, Spotify, or Lyft - and employers pay for those subscriptions directly. This shifts spending from wasted perks to meaningful benefits that employees actually use.
We live and work in San Francisco, CA, and Cherry would continue to be based here after YC.
We chose San Francisco because of the talent pool and proximity to potential customers in tech and other industries that are interested in employee benefits. Being here makes it easier to build relationships and iterate quickly based on employer and employee feedback.
