Automatic voice-of-customer trends & metrics

What is your company going to make? Please describe your product and what it does or will do.

We built a product that automatically analyzes recorded sales and customer success calls to surface trends and metrics around voice of customer. This helps product marketing teams identify competitive advantages and weaknesses, marketing teams generate and understand voice of customer insights, and product teams assess feature demand based on customer pain points. Our tool processes a company's existing library of sales conversations and delivers actionable insights without manual tagging or analysis.

Where do you live now, and where would the company be based after YC?

We currently live in Philadelphia, PA; New York, NY; and work remotely. After YC, the company would continue to be based in these locations and remotely, leveraging the distributed team.

Explain your decision regarding location.

Our team is spread across Philadelphia, New York, and remote. We intend to keep leveraging remote collaboration while YC typically supports a distributed team setup. These locations give us access to top engineering and product talent while maintaining flexibility.
