We build a platform that helps commercial building owners manage operations through custom software tailored to their specific building. Our product improves tenant satisfaction while reducing operational costs. We've deployed our system in a 1 million sq.ft. Class A office building to prove its value.
We live in Niagara Falls, NY and the company is based remotely from there. After YC, we plan to be flexible but remain based where we can best develop the product and manage customers.
We are remote in Niagara Falls because that's where we live and where we found our initial customers. Being remote keeps costs low and lets us focus on building the product without needing a physical office.
