We built an AI chatbot that uses large language models to handle eCommerce customer support tickets with accuracy comparable to humans but at a fraction of the cost. It automates ticket resolution for customer service teams, cutting down response times and workload.

Where do you live now, and where would the company be based after YC?

We all currently live remote and plan to keep the company remote after YC as well.

Explain your decision regarding location.

We operate remotely because our founders and team are distributed. This lets us hire talent wherever they are and stay flexible, which suits our product and market.
