Both technical profiles with 25+ years of combined expertise and after working together at a major French Cloud provider, Chafik and Jeremy launched Brainboard in 2020.

Brainboard is a collaborative platform for engineers to visually design and manage cloud infrastructure. We simplify the transition to Infrastructure as Code by providing a visual interface, a service catalog to reuse best practices, and self-serve tools to reduce the learning curve.
We live in New York, Paris, and remote. The company is distributed but primarily based across these locations and will remain so after YC.
We split our time between New York and Paris because that's where we have the strongest cloud engineering roots and early users. Remote work supports our small team working efficiently across time zones.
