We are building a customer support platform that replaces Intercom and Zendesk by combining messaging, ticketing, session recordings, bug tracking, and AI-powered tools. Our product gives teams a timeline of customer activity, omni-channel support (chat, email, WhatsApp, Slack, SMS), AI chatbots, and insights so customer issues get solved faster with deeper context.

Where do you live now, and where would the company be based after YC?

We live in San Francisco and a remote structure. The company will remain based in San Francisco and continue supporting remote work after YC.

Explain your decision regarding location.

San Francisco has the ecosystem and talent we need. Remote lets us hire broadly. Together, it gives us a good balance of accessibility and focus for building Atlas.
