Where do you live now, and where would the company be based after YC?

We live and work in San Francisco, and the company is based here as well. After YC, we'll remain in San Francisco to stay close to our communities and markets.

Explain your decision regarding location.

We chose San Francisco because that's where we live and where many of the HOAs we serve are located. Being local helps us understand community needs and operate efficiently in the Bay Area and Greater Los Angeles.
