What is your company going to make? Please describe your product and what it does or will do.

We built a product that delivers a steady flow of engineering candidates to founders and recruiting teams, filtering them with real engineering judgment instead of just keyword matching or superficial screening. Our tool helps hiring teams get access to engineers who can actually ship quality code, saving time and improving hiring outcomes.

We live in New York City, NY, USA, and plan to base the company here after YC as well.

We both live and work in New York City where there is a large tech and startup presence. It's a good base to build relationships with founders and recruiting teams who use our product.
