We built a global B2B SaaS platform that lets companies engage employees through rewards, flexible benefits, perks, and curated communities. Our product integrates rewards catalogues, benefits management, and social features to help companies improve engagement and retention at scale.

Where do you live now, and where would the company be based after YC?

We operate across multiple locations including Gurugram, San Francisco, Bengaluru, Chicago, Mumbai, Manila, Dubai, and Singapore. After YC, we would maintain our global footprint but likely coordinate key operations from India and the Bay Area.

Explain your decision regarding location.

Our multinational presence reflects where our customers and talent are. We started in India but expanded globally because employee engagement is a universal problem and our largest clients span 100+ countries. We want to maintain that reach while leveraging both Silicon Valley and Indian tech ecosystems.
