We built an AI-powered career platform tailored to healthcare workers. It helps clinicians find jobs, buy gear, connect with peers, store credentials, and review clinical information in one place. On the employer side, healthcare organizations like Penn Medicine use our AI agents to source and screen candidates faster and cheaper than traditional methods.

Where do you live now, and where would the company be based after YC?

We are based in San Francisco, CA, with a remote team distributed elsewhere. After YC, the company remains headquartered in San Francisco with flexible remote work.

Explain your decision regarding location.

San Francisco is where the healthcare tech startup and investor communities are strongest. It also allows us to recruit experienced engineers and work closely with advisors and early customers on the West Coast.
