Prior to IBM and the founding of Daksh (which became IBM Global Process Services), Pavan co-founded Quadrant Infotech, an offshore data capturing business focused on the US market. Passionate about building organizations that leave a legacy, Pavan has worked hard to create an inclusive, global culture within organizations. He was a member of the IBM Integration & Values Team, a senior leadership team instituted by IBM's Chairman of Board and CEO Sam Palmisano. Pavan is also a member of the Young Presidents Organization (YPO) and a charter member of The Indus Entrepreneurs (TIE). Pavan is an alumnus of the prestigious Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Kharagpur and holds a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Stanford University.
