Prior to joining Vision Management Services, Larry was the owner-operator of New Horizons Computer Learning Center of Southern Arizona, a franchise of New Horizons Worldwide, the largest computer training company in the world. During his ownership, the center was designated as the only Microsoft Gold Partner for training in the southwest region. Additionally, the company was one of only two training sites in the country for the EC Council Certified Ethical Hacking training centers. Franchise accolades include Fastest Growing Franchise, Highest Revenue per employee, and Highest EBITDA/Revenue 2004 out of 250 centers worldwide. The company achieved training partner status with both the BBB of Southern Arizona and the Greater Tucson Chamber of Commerce. In 2004, Larry was ranked as one of Tucson's leading young entrepreneurs by Inside Tucson Business Magazine. In 2005, the center achieved sales of $20M in training services. Prior to purchasing New Horizons, Larry was part of an early debt-buying group that began purchasing charged-off receivables in 1991. By 1993, Larry was the Director of Marketing & Sales for Performance Capital Management and NASD Principal of the Broker-Dealer responsible for raising $50M in funding from 1,900 retail investors. Mr. Curran was regularly heard on 1600 AM Financial News Network and hosted investor groups weekly at the Performance Capital Management collection facilities. Larry is a graduate of Colorado State University's Global Campus with a B.S. in Business Administration. Larry attended California State University at Long Beach for Finance and Western State University College for Law.
