Before that, Ms Vrabeck held executive roles at Activision, Inc. from August 1999 to April 2006, including President of Activision Publishing. Ms Vrabeck serves as Chair of the board of directors of MediaAlpha, Inc. (NYSE: MAX), a public company specialising in end customer acquisition for insurance carriers, as a member of the board of directors of United Talent Agency Acquisition Corporation (NASDAQ: UTAA), and as a member of the Stone Brewing Company board of directors.
